We deliver all over Cairo with an estimated arrival time of up to 3 days. Your order will be processed quickly and delivered right to your doorstep. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

Check at the Door Policy
Absolutely! You can open and inspect your package while the courier waits at your door. If it's not what you expected or there's any issue with the item, you can simply hand it back on the spot - no questions asked.
Check that the item matches what you ordered, verify the size and color, ensure there are no defects or damages, and make sure all items from your order are included. Take your time - the courier will wait!
If you refuse the package during inspection, the courier will take it back and no charges will be applied to your payment method. You're free to place a new order whenever you're ready.
Returns & Exchanges
Need a different size or prefer another item? No problem! You can exchange your order within 3 days after receiving it. Simply contact our customer service team, and we'll arrange the exchange for you.
To request an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or email within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and specify what you'd like to exchange. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange pickup of the original item.
Important: Refunds are not available once the order is accepted and the courier has left. However, you can inspect your package at the door before accepting it, or exchange items within 3 days if you change your mind.
Most items can be exchanged as long as they're unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Items must be in perfect, resalable condition. Certain items like final sale or discounted products may have different exchange policies.
For size exchanges or defective items, we cover the shipping costs. For exchanges due to change of preference, standard shipping fees may apply. Our team will clarify this when you initiate your exchange request.

Payment & Security
We accept cash on delivery (COD) for all orders within Cairo. Online payment options including credit/debit cards and mobile wallets may be available at checkout. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
For cash on delivery, you'll pay when you receive your package. For online payments, you'll be charged immediately after placing your order. Remember - you can inspect and refuse items at the door even with COD.
